My product is listed on Amazon Business marketplace, how do I move it to the US retail marketplace?
Dear Community,
I'm a new seller and just listed my first product on Amazon. However, I noticed that it's showing up only in the Amazon Business marketplace instead of the regular consumer-facing Amazon storefront that most shoppers use.
I'm not sure how this happened or how to move the listing to the correct marketplace. I want regular customers to be able to find and purchase the product like they would with any other listing.
Has anyone experienced this before? What steps should I take to get my listing visible in the main Amazon marketplace?
Thanks for any and all the help and guidance in advance!

Hi @Seller_CW5mHwpbiolgG!
It sounds like your listing might have been set up as a Business-Only Offer, which means it includes only a business price and is therefore visible exclusively to Amazon Business customers.
This help page explains how Business-Only Offers work and how they’re configured: Business-Only Offers.
That should help you spot where things might have gone off track during listing creation — and how to adjust it so regular retail customers can see your product too.
Best regards,
Michael
