Seller reporting listing as IP Complaint maliciously

I've a seller who has reported my 2 listing 6 times in total now, as Parallel Imports.

He claims that he is the only one authorised to sell the products - he's not btw.

I purchase directly from the brand owner, the 2 products.

everytime he reports the listing, it is taken down and I submit the invoices and they go back up again, usally within 18hours or so, but the last one took 6 days (including the weekend) - again my listing was reinstated (along with other sellers).

The seller is doing this maliciously. I thought I'd reported it twice but I've not heard anything back from Amazon (they dont seem to be doing anything)

What advice can anyone give me to get this complaint dealt with by Amazon?

TIA

How did you report the abuse was it through

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/abuse-submission/index.html?ref=ahd_asf

This is the way to report abuse and you should probably use the option 'Another seller account is attempting to harm my business'

Don't raise cases through seller support as they are unlikely to do anything. Although my experience of reporting through the abuse link isn't very positive but it is the correct way to do it.

Have you also spoken to the brand owner? Assuming they also supply the other seller they maybe able to have a word and ask them to stop. A word from the brand owner may just put a stop to it.

You can also speak directly to the other seller through the email in the complaint messages. Don't use Amazon messaging for this. You can point out why you are authorised to sell the product and ask them to stop...however you may get no response to this.
