Shipment received in full, but all units from the entire lot are missing from the inventory ledger.
I received a confirmation email from Amazon stating that the shipment was received in full at the designated Amazon fulfillment center, with no discrepancies in the inventory units. However, all these units are missing from the inventory data. They were correctly reflected in the inventory ledger until November 22, but since then, all data related to these units have disappeared from the Manage Inventory section, FBA Inventory Dashboards, and the inventory ledger.
I raised Case ID 16718880161, but I have not received any feedback from Amazon support.
Please investigate this issue urgently, as the impacted ASINs are now showing as out of stock to customers.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. So I took a look at the case, it looks like some items have been reimbursed. The items that are not missing are being transferred between fulfillment centers.
