Still awaiting brand approval 16 days past decision date

Hi all

I am wondering if any mods can help here as I have been waiting for a brand approval for the Ireland market. I already have approval for the UK market.

The decision date was the 20th dec and it is now 5th Jan so it is well past the decision date.

I have replied now on three occasions to the approval case but am getting no replies from those.

I have also reached out to seller support and unfortunately they are unable to help and either tell me to wait longer or refer me back to the case that is active but as explained this is proving fruitless.

Any help looking into this woud be greatly appreciated.

The ONLY way a mod will see your post is if you tag them in - they will not see it otherwise, as they do not read every thread, and only occasionally respond to tags.

Thank you for sharing the relevant details of your situation. In this case I recommend you to wait for resolution from the Brand Approval team since we cannot take any further action until they provide a resolution for your application.

The delay on response could be related to high volume, they will get back to you as soon as possible.
