A to Z Claims are rediculous

Amazon has turned into a complete joke. I got an A to Z claim for a $130 item that was delivered a day early to the customer. I bought shipping through Amazon and the order shows delivered to mailbox. Got an A to Z claim saying that they never got the item. Of course Amazon automatically accepts all A to Z claims. I got an email saying it will not be a defect on my account because the tracking shows that it was delivered. But then they informed me that the refund would be processed from my account and would not be covered by them. How is that even possible? They admitted that the tracking showed delivered and would not affect me but then take $130 out of my account? Now I am out the product and the money. My appeal was automatically rejected and now I can no longer appeal. Does Amazon even care about sellers anymore? I have been selling on Amazon for 3 years and haven't experienced something this ridiculous. Is there anything else I can do to get my money back?

I've been through a similar situation where the refund was deducted from my account, it's just unbelievable. The customer basically got a free product, I can't wrap my head around it.

If you provide more information here we can let you know if you should have been held responsible. A screenshot of the order showing the ship by date and the tracking number. In the last 6 weeks there have been multiple holidays where even if you dropped off the package by the ship by date it may have not moved for 2-3 days. Arriving a day early plays no impact, you could have an item going to your town and ship it 4 days late and it could still arrive a day early but you wont be covered

This exact scenario happens to us All The Time! Tracking shows delivered within the delivery time frame yet, every time we appeal the claim, it is denied. Very Frustrating!

Safe-T claim team no longer follows policy on any order over $50.

This is the norm now and this same exact scenario has happened to us dozens of times over the past several months. Amazon has quite literally stole several thousand dollars from us, while actively engaging and helping scammers to steal from us. Amazon no longer follows Amazon policy. They basically lie to sellers claiming they will protect us if we ship using Amazon Buy Shipping, but clearly it's just another lie and more false advertising in a long list of fraudulent activities being carried out by Amazon. Time for a massive class action lawsuit. Amazon is worse than the scammers that they openly invite and welcome with open arms.

Amazon is Scamazon. Every free loading degenerate loser in America is now allowed to have free merchandise subsidized by us third party sellers.

The customers are delighted and Amazon looks good. Sure, us sellers' children may go hungry, but its a small price to pay to make Amazon look good!

Its quite ridiculous to say the least, we have already had several of these happen to us as well. Like you mention, it makes no sense whatsoever. They literally admit to the order being successfully delivered and that the seller is not at fault however we are still responsible for the refund and loss. We use Buy shipping by the way, which is supposed to protect us, but I guess they are no longer offering support for Buy shipping. What a crock of $h*t this platform has become.

We are focusing on other platforms as Amazon is self-destructing and has become a complete waste of time. Let's not even get started with the complete circus that is called Safe-T claim. I have already received several empty boxes this holiday return season and they were all immediately denied for reimbursement, this is truly unsustainable and idiotic.
