INFORM ACT Postcode not delivering at address
We want to verify all documents for INFORM ACT. But postcode for address verification is not getting delivered, already tried twice and raised case with amazon. No response received from amazon since last 1 month. What to do?

The current guidance being provided by this team is up update the recipient name and click confirm on the verification page. Due to a previously existing issue, you were unable to update this information for the postcard to be delivered. Since this has been resolved, once the information has been updated the requested post card should be delivered within the set time frame. After updating this information, should the issue persist, please follow up with screenshots so I can continue working with the appropriate teams on a resolution.
