Hello all
we have been Amazon seller (under company name) for 10 years and on 21 Feb 2025 we decided to update voluntarily Identity information due to change of passport (expired) and Residential address, which triggered Verification process.
Since then we are stuck in Verification regarding Proof of business address.
We chose to provide Bank Account Statement as option (even we have other options available as Phone Bill, etc).
We are using Payoneer account as deposit method which is official Amazon Payment Service Provider (PSP). It is stated on Amazon page that PSP providers reports work as official bank documents (Certified letters and bank accounts) for Amazon and are generally accepted (that is the purpose that Amazon created PSP program in the first place).

Since verification started, our Payoneer ACCOUNT STATEMENTS have been declined multiple times for various reasons:
1. Account statement is not certified (as mentioned above - PSP providers reports are certified based on Amazon PSP guidelines)
2. Documents provided are merged (we tried to put more of them together so Amazon have all of them available)
3. They asked to Reverify account in Deposit method, but account is currently SHOWING AS VERIFIED in Deposit Dashboard (of course, as we are using it as deposit method more than 6 years).
