Premium Delivery Cut off Time

Hi All,

Is anyone notice Premium Delivery(Non Prime) cut off time changed from 2 pm to 4 pm.

Is anyone notice Premium Delivery(Non Prime) cut off time changed from 2 pm to 4 pm.

Ours still says 2pm. Have you checked the cut off time in Shipping Settings?

Can you not just change it back? Ours lets us amend it - it just has to be at least 2pm

Are you doing any Prime Offers?

I notice sometimes when I switch an item to a Prime Shipping Template it switches my Premium cut off to 4pm (which I then have to change manually back to 2pm).

Yes - Prime has a cut-off time of 4pm (this cannot be amended) as per Prime Settings

As per the new Seller Fulfilled Prime eligibility requirements, you are required to use shipping services that support Saturday or Sunday operations and have a minimum weekday pick-up time of 4:30pm, which will set your order cut-off time to 4:00 pm.

Premium delivery (non prime) you can setup your own cut-off time at 2pm or later.

So if using Prime you will find your cut-off time is adjusted to 4pm automatically and it seems to adjust it for those items using Premium non-prime delivery too.
