12 years a seller but I've had enough of Amazon. No resolutions and no sensible responses/
Several months ago my account was suspended. despite my best efforts I could not satisfy Amazon to get my account restored.
Numerous emails were either ignored or replied with nonsense bot response.
I finally gave up and decided this was probably a good time to retire. However, several charges have appeared against my account without explanation. I managed to open a case but apart from the usual acknowledgement, no further response.
I want to close my seller account and stop these unwarranted charges to my credit card. Can anyone please help?

Amazon are an absolute disgrace.
A once great selling platform has become a total shambles. No real people anymore, just bots.
I am also going to cancel my prime account and boycott Amazon altogether.
