Types of Reports Needed after we sell on Amazon

Hi,

I hope you are doing great.

Can anyone tell me that which are essential report that we should have once we sell on amazon.
Do we need to produce them or it is automatically available in the system.#

Recently I sold few products and now I am curious to know how I can have report for my VAT claim (if any), Do I need to send any invoice to customer, or is there any report that should submit to Amazon itself.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks and Regards.

if you are vat registered you will need to give your accountant your vat invoices for fees from reports - tax document library and your income and expenditure reports from - reports - payments - date range reports - summary

make sure you have set the correct VAT rates to your products - Product Tax Codes otherwise amazon will report them incorrectly. They default to 20% so if some of your products are zero - ie some of your food stuffs , you’ll need to set the rate for these at asin level using the correct code

in settings - account info - vat calculation - you can set up for amazon to send your buyers their VAT invoices on your behalf
