click&Drop settings

Does anyone know how to use setting so it remembers the weight of item ,it used to automaticaly rememer but now after repeated sales still comes up with weight and postage option blank ,have contacted there customer service but no reply from RM click & drop

As far. I know it is automatic. The first time you ship the product it remembers the weight.

It doesn't always work very well though. I have some products where it never remembers the weight.

You can go into the products section and set up the weight for each SKU in there if required and it should then use it next time an order is imported.

There does seem to have been a recent change with the ebay Integration. If you have no custom SKU on eBay it used to use the item id as the SKU number. It now uses a random SKU which changes on each sale. So it will never remember the weight.
