Amazon Seller Support not responding for 26 days, Customer feecback removal request for ORDER ID: 701-2351951-5108242

ORDER ID: 701-2351951-5108242

Last month I had a 1-star seller feedback on my new store just because customer thinks item is expensive.

A person just bought something with her own will and later she gave 1-star feedback because item is expensive . There is no problem with packaging, she also got the item earlier than promised. Since item's worth is not something i decide and everyone has their own reasoning to not to buy something if they find it expensive, i really dont think it is a seller related issue.

I tried to remove feedback from feedback manager but amazon bots think it complies wtih amazon policies. So, I reached out to seller support, talked to couple of amazon support associates. They ALL agreed with me. One of them forwarded this subject to internal team, but i am not getting any response from a real person for 26 days about this subject.

This is frustrating because as a seller i have very strict due times for stuff i do, I am okay with that, but why am i not getting a proper response for 26 days from people who expect me to everything almost in 24 hours?

It is clear that amazon bots are not doing their job as they should but I expected some real support from amazon. I got ODR impacted, only have 1-star review and nothing is happening.

I simply ask for real support and want this UNFAIR seller feedback to be removed.

It can sometimes take some time for the team to reply as we process threads first in, first out. I've reviewed this Order and this order currently does not have any Seller Feedback. Is there an issue with a product review instead? If so you can report product reviews using the report button on the review.

Please note however Amazon will only review a Product Review if it specifically violates Customer Review policies. If you have additional concerns please provide your additional details including the URL for the product review. Thank you for your understanding.
