My seller account is listed as inactive, however I was still charged last month. How do I cancel this account and stop being charged?

Why is it inactive? Was it deactivated? If so, post that notice. You cannot close an account that has been deactivated or suspended, you cannot close an account that has inventory and/or a balance.

To be able to close your account you first need to activate it. I have just reviewed your account, and it appears that you have some pending requirements. To submit your documentation, navigate to the settings in the upper right corner, select Account Info, and then click on Reactivate Account. You can also try to access directly by clicking this link, just make sure you are logged into your account before doing so.
After activating you account follow this steps to close it.
