I want to appeal my wasted subscription fee.

I accidentally enrolled as a professional seller, and not realising it because i had encountered other issues during the registration process (which i am still stuck in). I still have the £30 in my pending, and I've only had access to my amazon seller account for a matter of hours (most of which i was at work). I've since changed my account to an individual plan, but the benefits still occur until the 13th of September. is there any way to remove these benefits so i therefore am not charged the £30, or is it likely i will just have to suck it up and pay the fee?

Any advice or input is greatly appreciated.

you can open a case with seller support to request a refund of the subs charged, but it is at amazons discretion.
