Lost buy box on private label product sold for nearly 3 years

We have been selling on Amazon for several years. The ASIN in question has been selling since 2021. I am brand registered and am the sole seller of this item. Christmas day I lost the buy box. This is a variation item and is the highest seller. All of the other items still have the buy box.
I am listed as buy box eligible but have lost the buy box. All of my PPC campaigns are through this variation and sales/views are plummeting.
Account is healthy 284 and IPI is 737.
Pricing has essentially stayed the same for over a year outside of Prime event deals or occasional coupons.
I opened a case but was given no insight. Case 14531274761
