Verification Failed Issue

Hello,

We have been selling on amazon.com marketplace from a couple of years and alll things goin well. We tried to register the account in Amazon UK market, unfortunately the account failed the verification process. They asked me to submit the certified bank letter for the primary person.

We do not have the option to submit the document on the Account health page. I have submitted the certified bank letters of primary contact person to complete the verification via email they provided.

Bur, they are rejecting those without no reason. What should be the way out? We have all the documents and all are original. I want to undergo the verification process. any help?

Is it a letter or a PDF upload? amazon don't like PDF uploads. Could be other reasons, but that is one to rule out.
