I’m dealing with ongoing shipment discrepancies that are having a growing impact on my account metrics.
In the past, I was able to address these issues, but now some investigations are being closed without my input. Even when I submit appeals with detailed evidence—photos, weight breakdowns, and receipts or invoices—they are often unsuccessful. In the last 120 days, I’ve had 18 unwarranted problems, and my coaching status has been elevated. All other account metrics are either perfect or nearly perfect.
This situation is becoming increasingly difficult, and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom to review the situation together and find a solution, allowing me to move forward and grow my business with confidence.
