Hello Director,
I am the legal representatives of My company. Our Amazon US marketplace was registered on January 13, 2020, and we have been operating in full compliance with the law. On March 9, 2024, we registered for the European marketplace, which was successfully approved on March 12, 2024. Later, upon hearing that obtaining a VAT for the European marketplace was particularly challenging, we chose not to apply for a European VAT and did not commence sales on the European marketplace, focusing solely on operating the US marketplace. Since we were not actively managing the European marketplace, we did not log in to monitor its performance metrics.
On July 1, 2025, we received a call from Amazon customer service informing us that our UK marketplace had received a video verification request on June 14, 2025. After this notification, we immediately began preparing the necessary documents to complete Amazon's video verification. The verification took place on the evening of July 10, 2025.
All submitted documents are 100% authentic, and we truthfully answered every question posed by the verification personnel. However, we were unjustly flagged for "fraud." Our company operates legally, and we provided all required documentation. Yet, the Amazon review team subjectively determined our case as fraudulent based on their personal judgment. We question the professionalism and competence of Amazon's review personnel, as the authenticity of our account documents was disregarded in favor of their arbitrary decision. This is highly unfair to us as sellers.
We demand a reevaluation by a new, professional team and the immediate restoration of our Amazon account.
