Seller Wallet Verification Issues
I've been trying to get my Amazon Seller Wallet up and running to take advantage of the direct deposits to two bank accounts perk offered by Amazon to sellers with a Seller Wallet. Unfortunately, it seems that I've hit a hard stop. After gathering and entering/uploading all of the required information/documents for my initial verification submission, I received an email requesting me to upload an operating agreement for my business. I subsequently uploaded my operating agreement and resubmitted my Seller Wallet verification form for review. My second attempt at verification was denied and I was asked to upload a slightly different operating agreement document. I then uploaded the slightly different operating agreement and submitted the information for review, but my Seller Wallet verification was again, denied. However, this time around, I only received a boiler plate email asking me to provide/upload additional information so that Amazon can move forward with the Seller Wallet verification process. When I navigate over to the Seller Wallet area of Seller Central, all I see is a warning banner at the top of the page that says, "Additional Information Required. We were unable to verify your details and would require you to provide additional information that can help complete the verification process." However, there is no mention of what additional information is required, nor is there an area on the Seller Wallet verification form that allows me to upload any additional information.
I have opened a case with Seller Support (Case ID 15177830461), but the response from seller support has been confusing and unhelpful.
I'm hoping that a Seller Forums Mod might be able to step in and help me get this sorted out once and for all.

I had the same issue, my problem I believe ( I say believe because amazon did not help with resolving the issue) was the fact that I had two of the same documents supplying proof of address.
I had to submit a different document for my business information and a different document supplying proof of address for my personal information.
