The entire feedback comment is a product review
The buyer left a feedback and thought it would be a good value for climbers or people who develop calluses. However, the product performed poorly because the sandpaper had nearly the same texture on both sides and was too coarse for its intended use.
The customer mentioned that the textures on both sides of the product are almost the same, and considered it too rough for their expectation, which is merely their subjective opinion. The customer also noted that there was paper peeling off when the product came out of the box, possibly due to the rough handling during transportation, which is a logistics issue. This does not prove that our products are counterfeit.
The entire feedback comment is obviously a subjective product review. And our shop is a branded store and this product is available in our flagship store.

That is under the control of the seller and is properly addressed in that feedback.
However, it doesn't matter that much as Amazon mostly will not remove feedback even if entirely product review (in spite of what the guidelines say)
