HELP! Amazon FBA Warehouse lost my products and there are no resolutions!!!

Unfortunately, only 1 unit of FNSUK X0017PDP2D from this shipment was scanned upon arrival (file name: FBA Shipment ID_FBA18N13RGKS). This situation raises concern as it appears that a significant amount of inventory—20 units of FNSKU X001N4R0H9 and 13 units of FNSKU X0013TETA5—has been lost within the Amazon warehouse.

It is absolutely crucial that Amazon takes responsibility for locating our missing inventory rather than simply deducting these units and claiming them as “unexpected.” Such a dismissive approach is wholly unacceptable and falls far below the high standards of service we expect from Amazon.

How is it possible that 33 units were received by Amazon but subsequently lost in the warehouse?

We demand a thorough investigation into this matter, and we insist that this case be escalated to the appropriate department without delay. Standard template responses will not suffice; we require genuine action and accountability.

We have gone back and forth with amazonseller support and received no support in this matter. Please provide support and assistance to help us esclate this issue to someone who is capable of resolving this.
