Hello, Does anyone else find it difficult to deal with Amazon?
There has been an issue with my store name.
I believe I followed the steps to change it and it seems I have.
Amazon has now deactivated my account until I rectify this issue.
I keep getting replies that redirect me elsewhere to make my appeal.
Has anyone dealt with Amazon over the phone to deal with a problem?
I'm worried my account will get permanently banned and that would be devastating as I've had this from 2022.
Could anyone point me in the right direction for actually speaking to someone, either through text, chat, email, or the old-fashioned way, a phone call?

You haven't really said what the issue is. Are they objecting to the use of "Amz" in your store name or are they saying you are linked to an account with the same name?

I would certainly imagine that it’s the fact you have amz in your store name.
Have you changed it to amzz hustle? Because if you think that is what Amazon are looking for, sorry but that’s certainly attempting to pass off an association to Amazon.
Is it that hard to come up with a name for your store that has nothing to do with Amazon?

Amz maybe the issue but do you really want hustles in your store name visible to customers too.
