Listing Brand Hijacked and Amazon Seller Support is not doing anything about it.

Some help here? Seller support is being rude and disconnects the chat. The brand listing has been hijacked. Amazon says it's against policy to update the brand, they can't update the brand, but someone did and changed the brand to their own.

They keep suggesting to us to create a new listing for the same item, which is against Amazon's policy.

I'm glad to inform you we have taken appropriate enforcement action for incorrect branding on ASIN B06****GXW.

You took enforcement action for incorrect branding against US!!!!

It was not appropriate. You should not be glad to inform us at all!!!

Now WE are the ones with an account health violation.

All you had to do was to reverse the brand back to where it was before April 23rd, 2025 based on our sales history, just look at the title and brand for when it was hijacked in April. Even the live chat escalation rep was able to go back and see the other seller who somehow got the item title and brand changed.

It will not take a detail page update to the correct brand now, and now we have STRANDED inventory at FBA that we will be forced to pay storage fees or disposal fees on and NOT BE ABLE TO SELL
