Hello, I am old seller I am having an issue with two-step verification account recovery. i only had phone number verification turned on. But for past few weeks no verification message is coming to the phone number. No Reply email came even after submission to 2-step verification recovery with photo ID. can anyone help me with this issue?

You can download an authenticator app to your phone or computer and use that for the OTP.
