No Browse node for over 6 months. seller support unable to fix or unwilling.
I have had an issue for over 6 months now with a Parent ASIN and 4 children in that parent.
the browse node is simply gone, its not in a browse node, all BSR information has also disappeared as it has no browse node.
SS simply either says contacted internal team (for 6 months.....) or unable to update browse node.
It does not need updating. It is missing completely.
Tried everything i can think of.
any help or advice would be a life saver at this point.
