Bad review - received wrong item
Customer received wrong item. Left terrible review. Opted out of customer communication but is upset we are not contacting him and stating terrible customer service. Any suggestions? I am unable to contact the customer to make things right.

You say review. If you mean product review, you are not allowed to contact the buyer. The only exception being through brand registry,and then only if Amazon gives you the option. And it will be a message created by Amazon, not you.
If you mean seller feedback, then you are allowed to contact. But you may not be able to.

Be happy about this. It is not allowed to harrass customers because of a review and this would get your account suspended.
Amazon doesn't remove reviews. But, if other customers understand that he is talking about another product it will not harm you. If YOU sent him a different product, it IS a problem and other customers have the right to know that.
