Automated receipt generation for sellers exempt from VAT registration

I am trying to activate automated receipt generation but the page shows: 'You are not eligible for automatic receipt generation.' even though I am eligible and not allowing me to complete it. We are below threshold so VAT is not deductible from our sales. Has anyone ever had the same problem and can help me solve this issue? @JiAlex_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon

My business is primarily established and dispatching only from the UK:

We sell goods below the current domestic registration threshold.

We do not store inventory (and/or dispatch goods from) outside the UK.

We do not act as the importer of records when dispatching goods to an EU-based customer.
