Amazon complain
please can anybody help. I have raised a complaint for my missing units for nearly 3 months all I get is a similar set of emails saying my case has been forwarded to the internal team but up until now there is no resolution. This can’t be right. We are a small business and this is seriously having an impact on our business we are about to fold up. Please can anybody help with any reasonable contact to make an official complaint or is the financial ombudsman my only option?

Have you tried the MD ? - email: managingdirector@amazon.co.uk , but you do need to have opened a case with Seller Support first and include the case ID for the MD department to even look into it. 3 months is a ridiculous length of time, IMO.
