Amazon doesn't accept its own invoice sold by a third party
i first got deactivation email on 2 ASINs. One of them was sold and shipped by amazon the other was sold by a third party(the brand owner) and shipped by amazon. I sent amazon the invoices i got from amazon.com . They accepted the one sold by amazon but they keep rejecting the one sold by the brand itself and they send me the following email:
You need to send us the following information for the items listed below:
Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days and before 10/09/2024.
-- These documents should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days.
-- Include contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
-- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.
You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. The total allowed attachment size is 10MB.

why this happens? Why one sold by amazon is accepted but this one? What kind of invoice i need for this?

As far as I know (and I may be wrong), but Amazon do not allow items bought on Amazon to be re-sold on the site. I assume it would not be a proper, full invoice, but simply a receipt, which is not acceptable.

As above - you actually got lucky that someone accepted a recepit of an item purchased off amazon.
They don't accept it. If you've been deacrtived , write a plan of action that outlines you'll stop this method and you'll purchase good from valid supply chains (wholesalers and or manufacturers).

No guys! I just talked to a representative on the phone and he said they accept it but I sent an order confirmation instead of an invoice. If I send an invoice there is no problem. I am attaching now what I send them , please mods have a look at this and tell me what is wrong with these? I circled the page how I get this invoice too.
For buying products from Amazon you can check what a reseller certificate is in USA! I don't buy from amazon and sell them directly to customers. I buy them and send them to my own fulfillment center then they label the products for me and send to amazon FBA. this is allowed

Are you selling in the US or UK?
From what you've presented the rules seem different in the US as Amazon.co.uk do not accept Amazon invoices.

%100 I would like to do this? Because in this business model I spend lots of money and in some cases I can't even sell the products because my costs are high including logistics. Actually I don't know how to find wholesalers or distributors directly in UK. if I can find some why should I try products which wait at the amazon warehouses for 3-4 months. By the way, what happens if I choose the second option below that says I am aware of the violation and proceed? will It reactivate my account immediately and won't impact my account health?

Sold by Amazon they can verify it. Sold by a random third party seller they can’t verify it is genuine. Some huge companies selling on Amazon they may accept but would have been better to buy off them direct for Invoice purposes.
If you bought something off Amazon sold by an individual with 2 feedback or something not sure why you would think Amazon would accept that.
FYI if you didn’t know tonnes of sellers sell counterfeits on Amazon (in UK anyway) I could literally find you 40 now in in 5mins , so the item you bought may actually not be genuine what you bought.
Amazon only stops selling counterfeits if a buyer or a certain amount of buyers claim it is.
Sometimes even if the manufacturer complains they still won’t take any action.
Even if a brand owner proves it is counterfeit, Amazons algorithms will say they are lying so they continue to sell fakes for months
