Suddenly, our oversize storage was reduced by about 75%, and we’re now facing a potential $30k fee! We typically maintain 6-8 weeks of inventory, and all our metrics are excellent. We have one slightly aging SKU that isn't oversize; otherwise, we are a high-volume seller with great inventory management. Any ideas on what might have happened and how to resolve this?
