Charge & Deposit Method

Can the charge and deposit method be the same bank account/card details? New seller account has just been setup. Currently my charge method is linked to a Visa debit card. Can I use those same details again to set the deposit method?

The deposit method is where your balance is sent to at disbursement - so your bank account.

The charge method is the card Amazon will take money from if you are in arrears at disbursement - so a debit or credit card.

My charge method is my bank account debit card.

Mine is the same bank account for both. Are you using a personal account or do you have a business bank account ? - my advice would be to have a separate account for your business transactions, as when you come to do your business accounts you will have to extrapolate your personal transactions from the business ones.
