Account status is invalid
Hi All
I am a new seller. My account status is invalid and has been for 4 weeks now since my account was re-activated (i had an initial problem) and I have had no contact from seller support what-so-ever despite several emails I have sent to them.
Is this normal?
Will this eventually get sorted based on others experience?
Will this affect my ability to list and sell items as my first product is about to land in early May!?

Did Amazon ask you for any additional information? Have you submitted anything that you are waiting on them verifying?

The email and notification i received was as follows:
"Dear Seller,
We were unable to verify the information you provided when registering for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.

Thanks for all the responses I am now in contact with amazon. They could not accept one of my company documents as it was ‘cropped or incomplete’ so i have made 100% sure that the document is legible and added some extra pages they listed and fingers crossed.
The other thing i noticed is my company name finishes with LTD. and that is what is on all my documents. When I applied to amazon it would only let me type LTD without the dot. Do you think they would be this nit picky?

Here is the latest message from amazon, I managed to resolve 1 other document so my account validation is waiting for this one single document now, so getting very close which is reassuring:
"We need some additional documents to continue with your account verification.
Please upload the documents listed below to the “Settings” section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/on-board/configuration/index.html). It is important that the documents are easy to read. The information on the documents should also match the information entered in Seller Central.
– A copy of the company’s most recent share allotment document. This usually takes the form of a Statement of Capital, an Annual Return, or a Confirmation Statement. It may show the number of shares held by each beneficial owner and the number of shares issued for the company. You can download this document from the UK Companies House website (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/)."
So I have provided a document which is a “Registers Member Certificates and Minute book” which contains the allotment of capital and shares for the company but this has still not been accepted. The message i get withing settings section of my dashboard says “The business document is cropped or incomplete” but it is the original PDF that i received when i formed the company.
The only thing I can think of is that the signatures have not been filled in as I have received this document digitally, there is a space for a solicitors signature which is also blank. Could this be my issue?

I have found the correct document at companies house which i could not see previously for some reason. I have been on chat with an amazon associate and I think (fingers crossed) I am going to get through this time.
