Awaiting Vine claiming...

Hi,

We submitted 30 items for Vine. It's been 7 days & 1 claimed (stuck in pending orders for 5 days). What is the reason why the units have not been claimed and why the single one that was is in pending for a $0 order for 5 days?! (and ongoing)

It can take some time for the units to be requested by the Vine reviewers. I am not sure about the one that is in pending. Seems odd. If you will add the Order number, I can take a look.

I received a response from the Vine team. Unfortunately, there’s nothing that can be done to get the units to be claimed faster. Products get claimed based off of customer demand, so it fluctuates depending on the product.

Hi, it's been over 30 days. We've had one claim in 48 hours - which seems to be a competitor leaving a scam review: B0CW9ZQ884 (pls read the review and look at the page). It's been 30+ days and no other claims. What is this about? There is no precedence for this. Why can we not understand if our positioning in Vine is correct or not as there sure seems to be some issue. I believe we are owed a proper, detailed & accurate response.

Do you have any recommendations on how we can have our Vine units to get claimed faster? Please understand that we really need to get our units claimed in order for us to get reviews.

We have thoroughly investigated your request to expedite product claiming in the Vine program. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate this request. The business team has confirmed they have no mechanism to accelerate the claiming process. We have also verified that there are no technical issues preventing your products from being claimed.

It can take some time for the units to be requested by the Vine reviewers. I am not sure about the one that is in pending. Seems odd. If you will add the Order number, I can take a look.
