Premium Shipping Options Not Shown To Customers
Hi everyone, longtime seller here.
I'm looking at my listings and it seems that our Expedited Shipping and 2 day shipping options are not being shown to customers. This is the first time I see this. Maybe I'm missing something?
- Let's take ASIN B0B5LX3M9D as an example.
- Today we're Thursday August 1st. The delivery estimate is August 7-8 for our own postal code.
- Technically Fastest Delivery should be August 5th (after the weekend).
- Why isn't Amazon displaying our faster shipping?
- I've attached our Shipping template as well as our Premium Shipping Eligibility.
- Default Handling time is 1 day. Cutoff at 11am. [EDIT] I just tried changing to same day (0) day.
If anyone can give me some insight, it would be greatly appreciated!
