Account Level Reserve - Increasing with each day
Can anybody help with this Major problem.
We have been on Amazon for years and had no problems.
From 01/09/2023 all our payments have gone into account level reserve and each day the amount gets bigger.
We have tried to resolve this with Amazon but with no joy.
Customer service can't really explain this or give any help to to get our funds.
How can we be accepted to run an Amazon seller Central account with no cash flow.
This could put us out of Business.

Did you not get the email regarding the change to reserve policy ?

It look like that our account was Verified to sell in EU but not in the UK.
We had an issue with our card and by the looks like it is sorted out now.
