Amazon automatically refunds orders even though all the return setting are set in a way that we have to issue the refund
We're constantly receiving order returns that have all charges refunded to the customer prior to us receiving the return back. Not all of the returns are like this but most of them are. The problem we're having with this, is Safe-T claims denies our claims for the reimbursement of original outbound shipping charges. This includes express shipping fees as well. We have automatic returns turned off.
