Return Recieved 204 Days Late - Empty Box
We had a first today!
- A buyer opened a return on 4/18/2024 - auto-authorized - prepaid label issued
- Return closed after 60 days of it sitting with no scan from the carrier
- Return received today 11/8/2024 (over 200 days after authorization) - Buyer returned an empty product box - 100% Restocking fee - I don't believe this buyer can leave negative feedback (past 90 days since delivery date) or open an A to Z claim.
I've reported this buyer for abuse - a quick search of their business name brings up negative reviews stating they are a fake drop shipping company who scams both their buyers and the people they purchase the items from. It would be nice if a mod could look into this further,
