Royal Mail buy shipping labels for SFP
Hi Guys, Hope for a little help with RM shipping buy labels.
I have RM account with tracked 48/24 and have added the business info and the account is linked in shipping preferences:

Account Status
ACTIVE
But when I try to but shipping the button is not highlighted.
Any ideas?

On the order have you selected the Packaging size and weight? Under the heading Complete details of the parcel delivery that you want to buy.
Or in the “Buy Shipping in bulk” enter the Weight and packaging details.

Track24 is not recognised as suitable for Prime order. so that is why it is not coming up.

I have had to change my prime template to show only 2 day shipping - but I can use RM24TRACKED via buy shipping services.

I recently got rates revised with RM for tracked24 and 48. Due to the caps Amazon shipping have in place.
However I can’t even use RM24 tracked on my SFP prime next day orders.
I’ve been told by RM that their service is usable with SFP but the option does not show in buy shipping and it says this is not a guaranteed delivery service next to the option. No button to select.
Anyone know how on earth I can use RM24 on my SFP orders as it just does not show up as an option. Account is linked etc fine.
