Invoice by Amazon Order ODR defect with A-Z claim
IBA when not received by customers, sellers do not have provision to process the refund from the seller central. This causes A-Z claims and ODR defects. This is totally unfair from Amazon part and even the appeals to get ODR removed is denied by untrained staff looking at the appeals. @Simon_Amazon please help remove the ODR for order# 205-9774321-5968342.
