HELP - FBA Lost over $22k of Inventory, CS refuses to help!
Dear Moderators,
Please see Case ID 15905159621
FBA17QNLPP10 - Missing Items from Inbound
All units were delivered correctly via Amazon-provided UPS labels, and were shipped individually ($2,500 per unit machines).
While all the shipments arrived a long time ago, it seems they lost 9 out of 10 units. I filed a case, they requested invoices, I provided invoices during the period prior to the FBA shipment to cover all the FBA shipments, without deducting any information.
They simply respond with "However, we’re unable to continue our investigation because the documentation provided doesn’t meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance.
This case has been resolved. When you’re able to provide documents that satisfy all requirements, please create a new case."
This is extremely frustrating and is taking further confidence out of FBA, where more items get lost than fraudulent customers, and there's no responsibility taken by the FBA team. They did not even attempt to search to the missing units, they simply said sorry try again next time, what?!
Kindly intervene and assist.
Thank you so much, moderators!

Hello, @Seller_1idNlTUpfKbZW,
Thank you for letting us know about this. I reviewed your case, and I understand your invoices are not being accepted.
Sometimes it happens that manufacturers register as Sellers on Amazon, which may be why you have these invoices. If they are the manufacturers, would you be able to get the original invoices from them?
Proof of purchase must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include the following information:
- Date of the purchase
- Product names of the missing items
- Quantity purchased
- Full name and address of the invoice issuer
- Full name and address of the buyer
I recently posted an article about this topic that can provide you additional insight:
Regards,
Sunnie
