I have created my removal order for 410 units to my address. Now Amazon send me an email that your units were delivered and the removal order is completed. But I haven’t received anything to my house . They have charged me for removal order fee 1729$ but not taking responsibility for my product when I am asking them to show me the pictures where the left the product they say it is against our policy. Now my product is being lost and when I telling them they are not taking responsibility at all.
