Yes, it happens a few times per year for us.

File for reimbursement, and then they will find it a few months later, check it in, and then reverse your reimbursement.

Yes it happened to me last month as well. Entire shipment of 68 items sat for 1 month after being delivered and got closed with 0 units received. Happened with YOW3. Field multiple cases for it, but some Amazon shmuck in India decided to close the case, saying I provided insufficient proof of purchase evidence. I am still trying to fight it out, but losing hope. Money lost, inventory lost, sales lost and shipping money paid also lost. Its a stupid system.

Hello @Seller_z7P9uNTAsrWBF,

As your fellow sellers are saying, unfortunately this happens from time to time. The next step is to create a case with Seller Support to request an investigation that hopefully will either end up with your inventory being found or reimbursed.

If you have currently a Case open, please share it with me so I can contact our Escalations Team to have it reviewed.

Unfortunately this happens all to often. We've encountered issues around 20% of the time.

Please be prepared to present invoices (sometimes multiple times) as Proof of Ownership and up to 4-6 months in certain cases of waiting with no resolution.

It can be faster but just giving you context around personal experience/s.

Good luck!

Try asking Amazon for an unboxing video where all you get is 18KG of whooshing air when you pop the box open.

This happens to 99% of my shipments, literally every one now has an issue.. I recently sent in 3 cases, mine dont require any labelling or anything. 3 cases, all the same, 3 delivered, yet they only count 2 of the cases!

Take screenshots of your shipping, take pictures of your cases pre shipment if you can as well showing how its shipped inside. You basically have to fight not to get ripped off, then they will reimburse you, just to reverse it months later which is extra annoying when products have expiry dates to them.

this is more common than not

amazon has recently changed the weight of air.

I have seen completely empty boxes weigh up to 25 kg!

someone should tell Archimedes
