The packaging method I submitted has not yet been implemented
Dear Amazon staff,
I submitted the German Packaging Law on March 4, and the platform customer service told me that I would get a reply within at least three working days and at most five working days. Now it has been seven working days and I still haven’t received a reply. My product has been out of stock for many days, and many buyers have sent me private messages but I didn’t let them.
