Am i getting this message because when i bought the gs1 barcodes i selected the category as electronics and I’m trying too use it for the toy category?

And just quickly will i need a barcode on each toy and then anther barcode on each box contaning the toys for FBA?

Are you sure you are purchasing EAN codes direct from GS1?
I thought they sold in blocks of 1000 not in 10s.
If you are buying EAN codes from anywhere else then this may also cause the issue. Only EAN’s bought from GS1 directly are valid on Amazon.
