Sudden stop in sales
I have been selling my product for over 6 months now with daily sales of around Minimum 40-90 in Germany. Last month even hit 200 a day for 2 days before stock ran out suddenly.
Since 2 days literally 0 sales! Out of no where at all. Nothing has changed in the listing or anything, simply no sales and everything came to stop.
Of course called seller support and got no better answer.
Has anyone experienced something like this? Sales stopping out of no where?
Is there anything i can do? do they ever recover back to the old trend?
Quite worried since i only sell one product and it’s the main source of revenue. Hope someone can help/ share their experience.

That seems very unusual, i’d presume you’ve checked the ASIN/Listing is not surpressed or blocked and is showing correctly on Amazon? next is competition has this changed in any way or is there a competing ASIN or similar product that is being displayed at a cheaper price via PPC etc? How was this product searched? Amazon recently changed the keyword fields down to one field resulting in most of ours being empty that had to be redone. There are a number of factors that can affect sales without more infromation like the ASIN it’s difficult to see. If your listing was on an ASIN that Amazon had previously sold on and have since come off to a new ASIN this can have a similar effect on sales.

We hand a very slow day wednesday. 60% down yesterday which is very unusual. No reason for it as I can see!

- I always kept the listing up to date to Amazon regulations, even did the keyword update recently.
-The listing is not suppressed and actually showing as ‘In Stock’ for people to buy.
-About stock running out, we ran out a few time in the early days and the odd day or two but this never affected us whatsoever. Even when the listing said pre-order with a week date ahead people used to order 40-50 units a day.
-No new competition either.
What i find strange is the sudden halt in sales. Literally from 60 units to 0 in matter of 1 day despite the product ranking number 1 on all main keywords and top of its category.

Amazon seller support just called back saying Amazon is facing some sort of a technical issue where quite a few sellers have faced the same issue as their technical team is working on a top level priority to fix the glitch as its sales related.
Apparently will be fixed within 24-48hrs. Lets see what happens

check your listings.
several offers can’t be found any more, or are no more listed.
there are several reasons.
- product title is too long. (on some they demand for only 80 instead the 200 characters possible)
- the search titel is too long (search term keywords)
and some more, i can not remember / am to lazy to look for them right now.

Has anyone noticed a drop in sales recording by seller central. This evening i noticed my pay balance has reduced from what it was in the morning despite making some sales today. The amount recorded in my balance this morning is higher than what is recorded at the end of business day. What is going on?
