Request for Moderator for Assistance Regarding Video Rejection
Requesting for assistance since my video is rejected and it states that "The video discloses personal/private information, or requires viewers to do so" but if you watch the video, there is no personal information said only product information. I tried to create 3 cases; 17620976731, 17582609751, 17582649631 but then the resolution always tells me to email "community-help@amazon.com".
Its been more than a week since my initial email and done everyday follow up email yet there is no response. I also tried to reupload it but still rejected. I tried to cc several emails that might help; seller-performance-policy@amazon.com, pq-seller-assessment@amazon.com, pq-sv-appeal@amazon.com, enforcement-appeals@amazon.com,
Yet again there is no response or resolution.

I had that same issue a year or so ago. It was never resolved, and I've never been able to use the video. That community-help email address is blackhole meant to make you go away.

I'm sorry you have had issues with your videos. I've reviewed your rejected videos and I suspect the issue isn't what is being said but the fact that the influencers hold up the product and the address on the package can be seen. That information is private and can't be posted in a video. I'm sorry for the difficulties this creates. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
