No help from seller support after 1 year of the same issue with ASIN- what next?

I have an ongoing issue with an ASIN being unsellable in Germany and after 12 months of reporting the issue to seller support, there has been no progress at all.

FACTS

ASIN - sellable in UK, France, Italy, Spain etc... NOT Germany

REASON: Claimed IP infringement of a brand: After reviewing UK listing, this is not true. Haven't used the brands logo or trademark, I spoke with the brand and they haven't launched the case against us. They don't care. Therefore, it isn't infringing.

First issue: I cannot edit the ASIN, it says I need approval. I select submit approval and it asks for my WEEE EPR number which I enter. Approval denied. Reported 12 months ago - NO HELP AT ALL. I am the brand owner, trademark owner, IP owner etc...

Second issue: I cannot edit the ASIN to remove any pictures of text seller central claim infringes the ASIN. Therefore, the ASIN will remain unsellable as I cannot edit. I reported this 50 times and no help at all.

Seller support send a template reply every time even after I tell them don't. They refuse to show me in a screenshot where and what the IP infringement is. They refuse to accept my WEEE EPR number even thought the issuing agency confirm it is valid for all ASINs in Germany.

SO @AMAZON. Anyone from the Amazon seller support team who sometimes help on here, please advise. It is unacceptable that sellers need to resort to these public discussions for help after months of useless back and forth with seller support cases. Please help, as you can see I have all the paperwork necessary cased IDs to be provided where you can see the useless templates provided that don't address the issue.
