Appeal denied related to AZ claim even order delivered
buyer filled claim and got refund after some days item delivered I messaged the buyer to eigher return or reverse the refund but no reply , I appealed the claim , amazon reject it and informed to contact the buyer ! but buyer don't reply amazon know the buyer will not pay the item since they got item and refund , why amazon side with buyers and trample the sellers like that ?

If, at the time of the claim, the parcel had not been delivered then Amazon would be correct to refund and the only way for the refund to be reversed would be the customer requesting this, although Amazon still may not reverse. If the customer is ignoring or not seeing your messages then there is not a great deal you can do.
