I have recently been getting a spike in returns and need to see the reason why. I want to improve my product but I do not see any customer feedback. Please help.

Thanks for looking to the forums for some guidance on this, @Seller_Q2VSF1Ywxi9oj!

Danny here with hopefully some helpful resources for completing this kind of analysis. First, you might be interested in reviewing your FBA Returns Report to help identify return reasons trends, and take any action to help mitigate those situations in the future.

This video is focused on reducing returns in general as well as A-to-z Claims, then this Seller University resource highlights strategies for doing so specific to the apparel category, but a lot of the information there is applicable to any category!

Finally, this help page focused on improving product details has some best practices for listings that can drive customer understanding from the onset, leading to less returns.

Thanks again for engaging here on the forums, and I do hope this information is useful.
