Chinese Changing Brand

A chinese seller changed the brand name on a popular seller we have. Can't change it back because Amazon's only solution is a URL. That's impossible since they don't have a website.

What I can't comprehend is why Amazon can't see the brand name change on a change log and realize it. Or I don't know, see the other dozens of listings we have up from that GTIN exempted brand we listed years ago.

I don't understand how they allowed a Chinese seller to do this in first place. They play be different rules.

Trying to run a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and can't even access it to do that because it needs approval! Unreal
